Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive to provide a perfect bespoke experience. If a garment does not fit perfectly, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy.

1. Sizing Exchanges

We offer complimentary size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If your kurta is too snug or loose, contact us, and we will schedule a reverse pickup at your address and ship the replacement size.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for returns, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original DWAARIK packaging box. All hangtags must remain attached. Custom-tailored pieces with custom height adjustments cannot be returned but can be altered.

3. Refunds

Refunds are initiated immediately upon receiving the returned product at our studio and verifying its condition. For COD orders, the refund is credited via UPI or direct bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
