1. Dispatch Timelines

Because every garment undergoes detailed inspection and size checks before leaving our Surat atelier, orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

2. Transit Times

We partner with premier express logistics services. Domestic deliveries within India take between 3 and 5 business days. International deliveries range from 7 to 12 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across major pincodes at no additional charge. A styling representative will verify your shipping address via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

4. Luxury Packaging

All garments are shipped in heavy-grade protective cardboard boxes with internal parchment wrap to protect zardozi embroidery threads and fabric collars from dampness or transit crushing.
