All custom motifs, embroidery designs, logo graphics, typography combinations, and product photographs displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of DWAARIK. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
2. Order Acceptance
Order placement on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. DWAARIK reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock errors, fabric shortages, or verification failure. All Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation via WhatsApp.
3. Pricing Accuracy
While we strive to ensure all prices (M.R.P. and Selling Prices) are correct, database errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you placed, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.
4. Limit of Liability
DWAARIK shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries resulting from courier issues, weather disruptions, or customs clearance on international orders.
